The other two are guessing and whoever wins the round gets the points. He/she can use hand gestures and pantomime but shouldn’t make any sound. One player should “act out” a word or a phrase. Instead of splitting into teams, you can just compete against each other and make an adequate point system.
There isn’t any reason why you shouldn’t play this classic game in a group of just three people.
